We have gone to see a couple of shows at Imaginon so far this year.
Geoff, the 3 big kids, and I went to Black Light Magic. We saw the same show 2 years ago and thought he might switch his act up a bit, but it was pretty much the same as last time. Oh well, the kids still liked it. They got a big kick out of the guy coming to me in the crowd (we were in front row) and pulling a bra out of my shirt (pretending of course) as part of his act.
And I took L, K and W to this one. It was pretty cute, but slightly annoying to me. A grown man had to play a toddler, and honestly that kind of silliness drives me crazy. Plus they said 3 things that we don't allow our kids to say..."I hate you.", "I'm gonna kill you.", and "he is so fat..."
It was all in 'good humor' but I hate it (woops, I said it!) and don't like 'big brothers being mean to their little brothers' being a funny thing. Ya know?
We have one more play left to see this season, and Bo and Noah will go and it will be their first one!

Friendship Trays-Valentine's Day Edition...
We delivered Friendship Trays on Wednesday this week (it was SO COLD and windy!)...it worked out nice that it was the week before Valentine's Day. The kids wrote Valentine cards for the folks getting meals, and gave them each a Hershey Kiss with it. It brought a smile to each one of their faces, and that was so fun and precious to witness. I LOVE doing this and am so glad the kids have this opportunity.
Then we did one of our favorite things....went to Pizza Hut to use the kids' Book-It coupons. L, K, and W got free personal pans and Bo and Noah got the buffet for free. Yeah baby. I love those free meals (of course I had to pay for me though). ;)
