Nature Class #2: Energy and the Web of Life...

Our lesson was about energy, and how it all comes from the sun, which goes to plants, animals, water, etc. and how it's all connected. One can't do without the other.

This was our 'web of life' to see how everything is connected, and if one gets dropped, others get dropped one by one also.

Drawing their part (plant, animal, sun, water)...

They were giving up their 'chips' to another 'thing' if it required them to give up some energy...

Will-tree, Luke-snake, Kendall-flower...

Playing a game that I can't remember any details about...except that Will volunteered...which doesn't happen much in the Watson household.
