Samson-this was a fun one to read about. The kids already knew the story, but had forgotten parts of it and we learned more of the history aspect rather than just the story. We had fun with Jenga-to symbolize the pillars that Samson pushed down to kill many Philistines and himself along with them. They loved this game!

OK, then it was the Zhou (pronounced Chou) Dynasty...
Then the story of Samuel (and Eli). Samuel was the last of the Judges, then there started to be kings instead.
